Paid time off
AP-R employees begin accruing vacation time off immediately upon hire or on the date of promotion to an eligible position. Your vacation accrual is based on your length of service with Chipotle.

AP-R employees generally receive 40 hours of Sick Time at the beginning of every year. Some locations have mandated sick leave laws that are different than Chipotle’s standard policy. If you work in a location with mandated sick leave laws, you will accrue and may use Sick Time based on those laws.
AP-R employees accrue 1.84 hours per pay period to use as Floating Holiday time, up to a max of 48 hours per year. Floating Holiday time can be taken at your discretion with manager approval.
Staff employees who achieve 10 years of uninterrupted service will be provided with 8 weeks of paid time off (subject to approval and business needs).
