Paid time off
Crew employees begin accruing vacation time off after one year of uninterpreted service. Your rate of accrual is 0.0194 hours of vacation per hour worked for the first forty hours worked per week. No additional vacation time is accrued if you exceed40 hours worked within a week. Your maximum accrual is 40 hours of vacation time per calendar year.
Staff employees generally receive 40 hours of Sick Time at the beginning of every year. Some locations have mandated sick leave laws that are different than Chipotle’s standard policy. If you work in a location with mandated sick leave laws, you will accrue and may use Sick Time based on those laws.
